We share with others the fact that we do daily stretches. It helps to get the blood flowing and helps prevent pulling of muscles and soreness. Even if you are not working out, stretching is a good way to start and end your day with, before you rest for the night. Consult with a doctor whether it is safe or not to do such activities before you use this exercise.
T.J. Brown has spoken at more than 80 events as a motivational and health/wellness speaker. He is a sickle cell survivor, as a child he was told he wouldn't live to see 14 and that he would not be able to have kids. He is 26 years old now with a happy healthy two year old son. Most people with his illness have a lifetime of pain and suffering. T.J. lost his spleen at two and his gallbladder at 19.
